It’s a beautiful location in Berkeley, walking distance to UC BERKELEY with a terrace seating. The food came looking so delicious and we were ready to dig in. I got fajita plate with chicken. It was a pity that my chicken tasted horrible. It was elastic and couldn’t chew on it to swallow. I had to leave it all and not eat a second bite. I normally won’t eat anything on the plate, but I was so hungry that I ate the salad and beans. I should also add that it was a Sunday and slow day.

The dining experience on the terrace is truly beautiful early in the morning of a foggy day. I got crepes here twice, savory and sweet, and both times I was kinda disappointed? I got a shake here though and it was delicious. The food is kinda expensive (but everything is here) so the Snackpass deals are really exciting. The service here is pretty dismissive though, even if you’re just asking a question 😔

Do NOT go here! The service is horrible, everyone who works there is rude. When we ordered FOR HERE at the kiosk they did not bring our food to us, they did not inform us that they did not have the drinks we wanted and ON TOP of that got our order wrong. When requesting a refund they were having technical difficulties and made me wait until the next to process INSTEAD of giving me a cash refund or trying to accommodate otherwise. They requested I come back after I left the restaurant to receive my refund which is highly unprofessional. And I still havent received my refund despite calling the next day to have it processed. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a headache, poor service, and awful food. The worst dining experience I have had, disrespectful.
