The food itself is decent. What is disgusting, though, is that the restaurant adds a hidden 5% "Health Safety Fee" to your bill, which is not displayed on the menu. If you need to charge more to cover for precautions for the pandemic, raise your displayed prices if need be. To attempt to hide that your prices are actually higher than the same display price at other restaurants that don't hide their fees is deceitful.

I've been here a couple of times and had mixed results. The staff can be a little absent minded and distracted. After my last visit I can say that I will never step foot in their business again. Food safety is a minimum requirement for me, and having inedible spears of wood hidden within a sandwich is borderline malicious. To be clear. This toothpick was only pierced through the meat and not the bun.

I am so sorry to write this review because the food is tasty. However, worst costumer service experience ever! Unfortunately, the staff there are rude as well. We ordered chicken shawarma bowl and veggies deluxe wrap. We asked 5 times do not put lettuce and any salad in the chicken shawarma! Food arrived and sure enough there is lettuce in the order and worst there is mushroom! And they didn’t mention mushrooms in any place in the menus, and my friend has deadly deadly allergy to Mushrooms!!!! Like no joke. Thankfully he saw mushrooms inside the order before eating them. Obviously, we called them to explain. The lady who picked up the phone said no we didn’t put lettuce in it and didn’t even let us finish our sentence. She asked the chef to talk to us. She also, didn’t even let us finish even one sentence and said we don’t even have lettuce and this is it. You already got your order! We asked to talk to the manager. The manager without listening interrupted us and said we are closing right now(8.30pm! While their website posted their closing time at 10pm), and she hung up on us!!!!!! Getting the order wrong is one thing, but playing with someone’s life and not even apologizing for it or taking any kind of responsibility is totally not acceptable. I hope this place learns they can’t keep the successful business with this costumer service. It’s just a matter of time!
