Food is great, however the service whilst kind, is slow, (honestly don’t mind the wait) however when the order takes a while and there are things missing it’s frustrating. I seem to have this particular problem when ordering from Menulog or DoorDash, Oporto always forgets sauce, or there is none or hardly any chicken on rappas, I wouldn’t mind missing out on sauce if the sauce wasn’t 1.50 but since Oporto is pricey. You guys need to work on your orders and getting them correct.

I ordered (Drive Thru) two Vegetarian Burger Meals with Halloumi on both of them. When I received my order both burgers were without Halloumi. I went back to the store and explained it to the staff. Staff took burgers from me without any apology or explanation. After 10-15 minutes wait, two burgers were left on the shelve of the store at the front serving table by staff and then staff walked away. Later staff picked up the burgers and said “two vegetarian burgers”. I went to staff and asked if they are for me. That staff doesn’t have any information and staff then communicated to the staff who originally received burgers from me. Staff handed over burgers to me without any bag, no apology, Below is my rating for this store: - Zero Customer Service - Zero professionalism

Worst service ever. I order burger meal and quarter chicken pack only to be told there's no chicken left. So I ordered burger pack only. Get to the window, pay and notice staff boxing up chicken pieces - I told the blonde guy with an accent who took my money 'I thought the order girl said there's no more chicken? Can I have my chicken pack too? He says she made a mistake, go join the line if you want chicken,,, and slammed the window shut and walked off. I was shocked at how rude this guy was. Called manager Mason as I left drive thru and told him to sort him out.

Solid restaurant; definitely one of the better Oportos out there. The interior are super clean at all times, and could be mistaken for a proper place to eat, rather than just fast food. They are also super enthusiastic on portion sizes, particularly dining in, so be sure to bare that in mind on next visit. Hangups, are mainly reliant on the price of the food. A broader range of cheap options would be appreciated.

Despite the business name there is walk-in table service which is what I'm reviewing. This place is clean and spacious (probably more to do with COVID requirements). Tables are well stocked with disposable cutlery and napkins. Staffs are friendly and went out of their way to bring orders to our table.
