Three years ago this Subway seemed to be excellent according to the reviews but now in 2022 it's a mess!!! The male employee who seemed to be the only person there looked at hot mess meaning his clothes were dirty he didn't have on anything Subway related also he moved at a snail's pace he wasn't paying attention to what I wanted on my sandwich because he was listening to something through his ear buds the prep station was messy the bread was old and hard ( once I started eating my sandwich I noticed that) I ordered a 6" and it was more like a 4", he wasn't helpful at all he just stood there until I said " are you ready to take my order" and he simply nodded "yeah" he was breathing hard and touching everything with the gloves he was making my sandwich with like the toaster oven and the handles... Needless to say that was my first and last time stopping there I would rate this Subway 0 stars

This place is a hot mess. Service and quality of food has been on a solid decline over the last 18 months.
I was actually told by an employee that preference is given to Uber orders.
Doesn’t matter how far ahead you order they don’t start your order until you arrive.
Sandwiches are sloppy and may or may not be as you order them.
It’s worth it to me to drive further away if I really want subway.
And I do agree the employees really seem like they are annoyed that they are there to work.

Got there 15 minutes and the guy that I have had issues with in the past was talking outside with some teenagers and said "were closed " when I approached. He seems to be a very lazy employee. I am surprised he is still employed.

Every time I come to this subway they are in the store with the door locked and open sign off even though the hours say they should be open!! happen three days in a row!

I highly enjoy Subway & visit them several times a week. I've visited this location 3 times all in the morning. I will not be going back to this location. Only 1 visit was a good experience. This visit I felt like an inconvenience to the lady behind the counter. I actually had her stop making my food & I asked for my money back because I was fed up with this type of service. The lady definitely did not handle my request in a professional, timely manner. Made me beg for a refund, which I was overcharged for, held up the gentleman in line behind me, & then refused to give me any information on who to contact. She was apologetic, but handled this situation unprofessionally.

Wow, what a nice and friendly shop. It was New Year's Eve, so it was pretty dead. The lady behind the counter was so nice to us. Usually you expect people who have work around major holidays to be crabby, but not her. I would go back there if I wouldn't live over 500 miles away.

Everytime I go here the older lady with glasses always messes my order up and is in a rush. I just ordered one sub and soup and she charged me for 2 and didn't heat the sub up after pretending to do so by sticking it in the oven.

I go here alot and the service is GREAR! And fresh ingredients:-). I also once left my phone and Cindy was kind enough to hold it until I came back to retrieve it. You don't find people like that now a days.
