Mcdonald's

Staff was inattentive. I placed an order at the kiosk and grabbed my number. Placed the number at my table where it was visible. Nobody ever brought my food. I found it unmarked at the counter cold about 15 minutes later when I went looking for it. They mistook me for one of the many teenagers there and decided to treat me as such. I am 33 years old and do not appreciate at all the way they treat customers based on the assumption of my age. Will not be returning.

I always order and always pay the extra cost for extra whip topping $.75 and extra chocolate drizzle $.80... ... this McDonald's gets your order right about 25% of the time... & every time they charge me for extras (as they should) its always a different price.. ??. & I've started noticing that every McDonald's gives you a frappe in whatever cup is close to them.. We've ordered mediums & got small cups but then order small & get that same "medium" cup 🙄🤷‍♀️😬 does anyone ever know what's really going on... One more last visit to this McDonald's (I say LAST for a reason...) left my boyfriend & I furious when we got all the way home with our $27 order to find out all 5 burgers were wrong, we were missing 2 of our 4 fries & the fries we had were old and hard... after driving back to this McDonald's (bc its midnight snack) they promise us our food is correct, fries are fresh & apologize... that was absolutely NOT the case at all. They literally served us the exact same burgers & 2 large fries that were still cold & some maybe thrown in fryer for seconds & put in our bag. Disgusted

The service there today was horrible went in I waited for 5 minutes before I could even get my order taken I had about four different people look at me and never said one word to me then I had to ask them if I could place an order because I didn't want to use the kiosk because they were nasty as with the rest of the store and I took my order I ordered a double cheeseburger plain small fry and a drink then was told the pop machine didn't work and what I like a tes and that was fine so I got a sweet tea the drink area was nasty there was flies and bug so I fixed my drink proceeded back over to the counter to wait on my food I stood there for 8 and 1/2 minutes waiting on my cheeseburger I asked them could I have my food and the boy told me that they were working drive-thru and he would get to it in a minute and I said I would like to have my food now and so he got me my food and all of the tables were nasty they were all dirty I had to wipe my own table off and at that point I didn't even go into the bathrooms because I was fully disgusted and ready to leave and the only positive thing that I can say about my visit was the fries was hot the rest of the service was below averages all around it counter was sticky

This McDonald's is notorious for forgetting things, I have gone there enough that I think they must have a game to see how many items they can miss before a customer complains. Because the last few times I have walked in after my stuff was missing they had it immediately ready OR an associate was walking to take break with the exact combination of things I was missing. Last time I went they shorted me an order of holiday pies, sauces for the nuggets, a large fry, a cheeseburger, a straw for a drink. However I didn't notice until I got home. Be sure to check thoroughly before leaving.
