Food was excellent, atmosphere was excellent, store was clean. Customer service was terrible. No acknowledgement at entry of the store. Drive thru was busy but lobby was not. I waited at the counter (without acknowledgment) for a couple of minutes before I asked if anyone was working up front. I guess I offended the shift manager, she questioned my aggravation but took my order and after I paid turned and walked away. I had to ask if my transaction went thru. She said yes and she would bring my food. I told her I would wait. What’s happening to customer service these days? Welcome to Hardee’s with a smile, we’ll be right it’s you…would have been great!

This Hardee's is on HWY 210 and off Exit 319 I-40 and is always one of the best Hardee's around for the breakfast menu. The biscuits are always fresh and hot and the service is always friendly. Anytime, I am heading east on I-40, it is my first stop for breakfast and a large, unsweetened ice tea!

Asked if I could get a regular bun instead of the potato roll bun because I can't find at potato. They would only let me get it low carb. Then they put a glob of mayo with the patty, no cheese, onions or tomatoes on one small piece of lettuce. My husband ordered regular but he got the same thing. When he complained they said it was what the order said and slammed the window.

I have stopped here for breakfast many times and whoever is making the biscuits knows what they’re doing. I’ve never had a biscuit from here that was subpar. Maybe an occasional dry sausage patty but everything is always great. French toast sticks/breakfast platters/gravy/cinnamon rolls. This Hardee’s is definitely the best overall breakfast stop off of this exit unless you just want bacon (Bojangles). The line is never long around 745 and I’m usually in and out of the drive thru within 2 minutes. Keep it up!

Now I always love hardee's, and their burgers. On this trip me and my dad ate he had a regular thick burger and I had a mushroom swiss. Were both very delicious. I don't know why but in the last six months, and I've been to multiple branches, the meat taste a little different and I don't know what it is. No way a deal breaker, just something I noticed. Love them burgers!

We stopped coming back from Smithfield, first time I'd been in a Hardee's in forever. The cashier was super nice and fast, that was nice to see in this day and age! She seemed to care about what they were doing. Food was very fresh and good. Clean!!!!

Just stop there for ice tea today for the rest of the drive home as I was waiting for my tea to be poured I noticed on the wall a sanitation grade of 100 I have only seen that have a sanitation grade a few times in my life kudos to the hearties team in Benson!
I’ve eaten at this Hardee’s 15 times over the last five or six years in the customer service and the friendly staff is second to none in fast food. My food is always fresh and hot and serve with the smile!

Great food and always very friendly employees at this location. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my order and every visit has been spot on and exactly what I ordered. No mix ups or mistakes. The prices are a little more pricey than McDonald's but you get what you pay for. I have no problem paying a little more for better quality.
