Reach by 10 to get the tokens work will start by 10.30 sooner u reach the earliest u can get the work done..
Parking for car can be done across the street so ideally it is not a big issue....

Staffs are good with absolute transparent. as we did franking. but waiting took 1hr . need fan and proper seating would be appreciated.

Had a Good experience, and got the registration completed in about 3 hours. The place was quite crowded and the staff worked in a non-ac room, still they were quite polite and helped us through.

Cooperative staffs. Even though you are new to the system, staffs will guide you to fill the forms for getting stamp paper and other legal things. Here you can purchase e-stamp papers for several requirements like Rental Agreement, small settlements. Also you can enquiry about Home buy and sell related queries. Present just below to a garment shop and not visible fully from outside road.

Around the office hotels, juice center, tea point etc are easily available.
Land Mark's are very easy to reach with cab's.
