I have booked home at "Ahad Exellencia" project in the month of Jan' 20. Excellent project, thanks to M/s Ahad Builders for coming up with such a great design, construction, amenities, and value for money property on Sarjapur road. The view of the project is really beautiful. Also, I would like to thanks their sales staff specially "Mr. Siraj", for his extended support during finalizing the property. Thanks a lot Ahad Builders and team, keep up the great work!!

I have booked a flat in Ahad Excellentia. I was very confused on buying a flat there before because of the committed date and the number of flats and amenities they have to finish with in that time. As Siraj (sales executive) could explain the things in detail and helped me understand about the project and its pace of working happening gave me confidence to go ahead. Now I can say almost 95% of the work is done before the schedule. Waiting for the remaining 5% completion and I hope they will do it asap. I would say Ahad , a builder you can trust. Siraj is a person who don't hesitate to reply/help you anytime even after you buy the flat till you get the flat and more.

I personally want to appraise Siraj for his help and smooth conduct in showing the flat in Excellencia, his thoughts convey the knowledge he possess in terms of civil engineering and sheer honesty while explaining about the project. It just took me less than 3 hours to buy a flat in my first meeting with him, great guy with good humor and sense of customer centricity. Keep up the good work and great going Ahaad builders!

I invested in Ahad builders a year ago and I think that was one of the wisest choices I've made. From on-time delivery to constant customer support, I've been impressed. Unlike other builders, Ahad builders delivers what it promises. The quality of construction is great and I've had no complains so far.
