The manager Mr Prajith is the guy who you can relay on .
Always ready to help he will make sure the query is addressed

One instance I have noticed in the bank
There was a call on the bank phone and the employees ignored it . Manger made sure the call is attended by warning the employees . See, with this step a callers query is addressed .

The Branch Manager Mr Srinivas Rao is very professional, cooperative and helpful. Branch is good and has resolved some of the netbanking issues promptly. Overall a good branch so far in understanding customer's pain in Banking with PSU banks. Much better than any SBI branches that I have encountered so far.
