Moriz

We made it for an early dinner, after a rather long day, at around eight. This road in the IT hub of Bangalore in the Electronic City, is dotted with numerous eateries, big & small. And Moriz came with high recommendations and we were glad it lived up! This place seemed to be pretty popular in the vicinity and the take away section cum shawarma pick-up point was buzzing with an enthusiastic crowd. We moved to the first floor and loved the laid back ambience of the restaurant. Surprising considering it was mostly done in red, from the lights to the cushions. We started off with soups - Hot & Sour chicken and Chicken Manchow. Perfectly done setting us for the meal to follow. We ordered a Special Plate of Mexican Chicken shawarma, which disappeared in no time. Right on the heels of the bread, came Chilli Fish. It was done well, but, we were disappointed that they didn't have a normal fish fry. We were craving something like Karimeen Pollichatu or Seer fish fry. We followed this up with Malabar biriyani, and throughly enjoyed the mildly flavored biryani made with jeera rice & topped with chewy sweet fried onions. A bowl of vegetable raita came as an accompaniment. Service was extremely quick and prompt. The waiters were courteous, patient & friendly. All the dishes described billed to nine hundred and an odd. Pricing was reasonable. We did finger bowls at the end. There's ample parking in the compound, in case you drive here. #recommended

Loved the place. Varieties of food. Been there multiple times and every dish is awesome. Clean place and good ambiance. Quick service , friendly staff who can tell details about evey dish in the menu. Weekday no need to reserve it was kinda empty .. not sure about weekend. Will surely recommend this place.

The restaurant offers a spectacular ambience and friendly service. The response time is quite less and each customer is given equal value. The place is perfect for a family dinner or a team lunch. The sitting area is quite large to accommodate groups in every size. Coming to the food we tried : Beverages : Virgin Mojito: Served chill with perfect amount of lemon and sugar. Green Monster : A moctail of green apple. Had a great taste but was extra sweet. Starters: Babycorn Manchurian : The spices made the dish absolutely delicious but I would have liked it to be more crunchy. Honey chilli potato : This was flavourful and yummy. Mix veg sizzler: The dish was presented amazingly. It had two different gravies and both were equally delicious. Main course : Singapore noodles : This stole my heart. It's a sure recommendation to try. The noodles are thin and best to treat your taste buds. They are garnished with cheery and pineapple which goes well with it. American choupsey : Average in taste. Desserts : Arabian Falooda : Again a must try as it is one of their signature dish. The noodles were crunchy and it was loaded with fresh fruits and nuts. It is topped with four different flavours of ice-cream do there is one for everyone. Sizzling brownie : Well you can never say no to brownie. As always it had a great taste. The place is pocket friendly and offers a wide variety of dishes. Go and give it a try.
