The only reason I will continue to come to this location is because of the AMAZING server Mark. He assured us he would take good care of us and he did. He goes above and beyond for his tables and makes sure we are totally satisfied, he deserves praise/Acknowledgment as finding good servers anymore is hard. Thank you mark for taking care of us even when the manager working didn’t make it right by discounting our cold/messed up meal. Thankfully after calling and speaking to a different manager tonight she is making this right. Please ASK For Mark for your server!!

We went out to eat on Easter Sunday and had a less than pleasant visit. Our server was relatively inattentive, and when our food came out the fries were old. To add to all this 3 bites into my burger there was a thick and long hair, had to pull it out of my mouth, it was super gross. Management was called and they asked if I wanted a new burger, it took 20 minutes to get my new burger, by then everyone else was done eating. That was the only remedy, they didn't comp my burger or anything else. Pretty grossed out and disappointed, especially because I understand these things happen and didn't make a scene. UPDATE: Called the number below they 'made a report' took 7 minutes of my time to 'call me back'. Major eye roll.

I guess the entire staff was pissedthey had to work on EASTER SUNDAY. One was sitting around a corner away from cameras no one attending to front door. Even the bartender just looked at me without even saying hello. It was my first time there picking up an order. 0/4 employees I saw failed to acknowledge me as a customer. I had to ask the girl hiding away from cameras where was the designated area to pick up orders. Will not return to this place. I guess you have to be a regular customer to receive any customer service.

Stood by the hostess area when we got there… took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge and seat us though at least 3 employees walked past us. Food arrived, set down and again ignored. Poor service. No customer service. Should have listen the last time we gave it a try and the employee told us how terrible it was getting.
