The customer service here is always terrible. They don’t listen to you properly, they get your order wrong and they talk to like a mate from school instead of a paying customer. I don’t know what these managers are teaching their staff but they definitely need to teach the young employees to speak to adults in a more professional and respectful manner. I personally used to work for KFC years ago and my managers used to drill us to have good customer service skills. What has happened? Good customer service always goes a long way.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a meal at this particular store with every item correct. Today it was hot and spicy when I ordered original, luckily I love hot and spicy. But seriously, every order wrong? I’ve tried ordering twice through the app at the same store thinking that would help but no, still wrong. Either something missing or just completely the wrong item. The redeeming feature is some of the young drive-through staff are really nice.

i have been sent wrong orders multiple of times. today i asked for supercharge to be on the burger but they did not put it and had hardly any lettuce. as you can see on the picture there was a piece of hair in the burger. i dont know why belmont kfc still exists. i will never be ordering from here again and to anyone out there if you dont want to be disappointed do yourself the favor and dont order from here.

I’ve ordered 20 nugget by app then picked up at the drive through , they forgot my four dips and when I go back to check with stuff, she just gave me four different dips without checking which four I’ve ordered and send me away. So I got four dips that I don’t want it. What’s the point they let customer choose what they want?
