Subway

The staff didn't seem to have a great deal of training, very unprofessional. Worst of all the restaurant was dirty. We ordered sandwiches and they began to fill the order and half way through we couldn't complete the order due to being out of tomatoes along with s couple other items. We had to cancel and go eat elsewhere. Just as well!! Very disappointing!!

So I decided to try them again after I saw the advertisement of the newer tastier subs…well that was a gimmick, in fact they taste worse. The service wasn’t the best and the selves were bare. The bread felt and taste as if it was two weeks old, a couple variety of Doritos and sad cookies that appeared to be under cooked. One thing I can be sure of is that I’ll never go back.

Just went 8/8/2021 at 7:15 when I finally got out at 7:52 and their was only one couple in front of me so they was busy. The one girl Queen that was helping everyone was doing all she could. But the other boy in there wasnt helping at all and talking with someone sitting at the tables. 45mins for two sandwiches is ridicules. Get better employees or train them better I will never ever come back to this subway ever

This subway really needs better management clearly the Owner dosent care enough. I waited more than 15 min to Finally get my sub. The employees are young kids that are left alone at night and don’t know how to run the subway. Queen was very kind and explain how her coworker just left due to him getting angry with another customer. It’s just sad. It has potential but a lot to get there.

My wife went in at 10:51 pm to buy a sub and they told her, she was too late. When she came back from getting a sub from the Walmart deli Subway was serving a gentleman. I went in at 10:56 pm and Subway was already blocked off, I went around and asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't one on shift. Both the male and female employee (12/21/2019) said they didn't tell my wife that. They said they told her they were closing in 5 minutes. What they said doesn't even resemble or sound like what my wife heard. It seems the young employees were shutting down early for a Saturday night.
