Went through the drive thru twice because they put pickles on my girlfriend sandwich. Told them she is can't eat them. Asked If I can reorder and I am happy to pay for the new sandwich after I told h The girl that my girlfriend can't eat pickles it will kill her. She then got upset so I said no problem we will go through the drive thru again. The second time around said the same thing. Yet they give me the 2nd one with pickles and both look a week old so I call and the manager is very rude about it knowing how rude they were about us having to reorder even though I paid for both I know they did this on purpose. Knowing this I would avoid this place if they do not care about someone's life they sure do not care about the quality of food

Great customer service, sometimes it takes a while for them to get to the order inside customer as they're busy all the time in their drive thru. The McDonald's app wasn't working properly, and they still apply the code. Chicken nuggets here are hit or miss. Fries are consistent :D. Had the Saweetie Meal here, and it was chill

I made an order on the app for a Small Sprite, and I go to pick it up in the carryout option. They don't come out so I come in, and they yell at me to leave and go through the drive-through. I do, and when they ask for my order number, I couldn't tell them since I did it through the carryout option. They don't respond for 5 minutes and then refused to give me my drink in the line. Such poor service, zero reason for the inside of the restaurant to be closed, I would recommend going to the one on King Street instead, they're nice to you at the very least.

Nice staff! I don’t usually go to McDonald’s expecting to receive an outstanding customer service experience, but I get that here. They seem like they’re having fun behind the counter, and that’s awesome. Four stars only because it’s McDonald’s.

Was really shocked at the service and rudeness of the staff even more so the manager working at night. Really shocked me knowing Paul the store manager always ran a tight ship. Not sure what has happened but I know Paul wouldn't ever put up with employees that act like them. I understand mistakes happen but when someone is allergic to something and is made wrong not once but twice and so it was not made a big deal paid twice for the sandwich to be made again and having to wait in the drive thru all over again so the rest of my food gets cold and they intentionally make the order wrong again just boggles my mind. They are willing to kill someone and not have a problem with that. Infact I was treated like I was the one that was wrong for wanting this issue fixed. So if you have any food allergies please avoid this place at night because the manager and employees don't care that your life hangs on the balance of what kind of day they are having. A good day they make your food right a bad day they leave the food in the hot case for hours and put what they want on your food. What kind of people would send food that they know will not pass a quality check?

This place took over 2 hours (in the drive thru) until we finally were able to get our McDonald's food (everyone knows McDonald's food is gross. The least you can do is get it to us fast, but they couldn't even do that right). We were told that they were adding things up with pen and paper when ordering in the drive thru and that they would not accept cards. Only cash. Luckly we had cash. But this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Obviously McDonald's has terrible food. Everyone knows that. So this is not a review of their food but of their service. Horrible. Over 2 hours to get our food? And they didn't take cards? Are you kidding me? What century is this?

Manager Paul made fun of my kids for buying to much food and told them they would be fat (they were buying for 7 people) this manager is generally creepy and clearly doesn’t belong managing.
