Store “owner” is very rude and unprofessional. This store doesn’t have a working phone and the store is not 24 hours. The employee that’s works the morning/day shift is very friendly and if you want to get something in the morning, it’s better come from 6am-3pm. If you come after that, you will be upset by the owner. Have a great day and stay safe out here.

On 6/17/2018 at 1pm, I went to 7-Eleven to cash a $4 winnings Masterpiece Moola scratch off ticket. The clerk which is the Franchisee at the store refused to cash my ticket. He stated that they don't cash these tickets because he does not sale $1 tickets. I questioned him about this as the ticket states that winning tickets up to and including $600 may be redeemed at any lottery retailer. He replied again they don't cash these tickets. I reported his behavior to the WA Lottery who confirm that as a seller he has to cash any winnings up to $600 if they have the money. A couple of days later, I visit the store again and I was kicked out for no reason. I was in line waiting to pay and cash another $5 winning ticket. He took my items, put them to the side and told me to leave the store and no go back. I reported his behavior to 7-Eleven and the Attorney General. Roberta Riley Store Field Consultant at 7 Eleven, apologized for his behavior, however, stated that the franchisee of the store is an independent contractor and responsible for customer relations and could not assist as they did not own this location. Through out the years, I have seen this individual being rude to other customers. I visited this 7 Eleven 3-4 times per week for almost 4 years and will not be going back. Worst customer service in the Bellevue Area.
