Ihop

We came around 1am. The staff was very friendly and respectful but the kitchen staff struggled. Our breakfast took forever to arrive. The manager and wait staff seemed almost as frustrated as we were. The sourdough toast was stale. How they decided it was okay to use stale bread is beyond me. It seemed to me that the staff was new as several folks seemed less comfortable with their roles. The four cooks in the kitchen spent a lot of time staring instead of cooking even though the tickets were piling up. I would wait a few more months for this location to sort out its kinks. I know it has been hard to hire restaurant workers in the pandemic.

Myrna, the waitress that we had is an exceptional waitress. She actually came from another establishment that I use to frequent. She is always on top of making sure everything is going well. I hope they keep the management good enough to keep the waiters and waitresses that have come from other locations. When you have a good waitress, it is heaven!

Avoid. You have been warned. I came here for years and the previous people used to take delightful care of me. My local family was a joy. Strange now. Food quality deplorable (see picture below). Picture is of a Garden omelet and is a tiny disk. But it's not the culinary concern, it's something else. I will not file a complaint and I will not take anyone to court. I actually will not take any action in this life at all, other than, as an Abrahamist, I will make a supplication to G-d for a resolution to much greater problem, in my own words. Should take me minutes. I will forget and move on. I invite all to this way of mine, and the renunciation of deplorable value systems. My cash tip, keep it.
