Brix Tapas Grill

We stopped by here since most other Brunch places were packed or had a long wait. The venue is very large, much bigger than expected. The menu is also very extensive! They even have a special brunch menu to choose from. We got the canoli French toast to start. We should have ended with this since it was super sweet. It did taste great though. We also got the Truffle fries with cheese. The cheese overtook the taste of the Truffle which was a shame. But it was a nice portion size. We also got the eggplant stack which is made with vodka sauce. This was well made with a great sauce to eggplant ratio. The last thing the others got was the spicy pizza which I don't remember the name of. It was huge, piping hot, and well topped. Everyone loved that as well. We also paired everything with a pitcher of white sangria which was sweet and savory. The service was nice, portion sizes were great and the price was also fair. I would definitely return.

Well, let me just say the food was ROCKIN!!! My waitress was cool AF & may I add very pretty but seriously everyone was cool and on point. The vibe was great the music was good the drinks were Nice!!! I felt welcomed and chill was cool to sit off to the side and be mellow while seeing folks on the BarSide just Coolin out, laughin & buggin out. I def will recommend!!!

What a turn around! A few years ago I visited and waited for a hour and got no pizza walked out hangry. Was convinced to try it again and wow! Staff was fantastic, environment was clean and efficient and drinks and the food were the cherry on top. Pizza might be best in the area. Will definitely be going back! Oh yes and there was live music from a solid local band. Overall I give Brix a 4.5 out of 5.

At Brix with the whole family now on Easter. To say everything is awesome including the service is an Understatement! They have gone way above and beyond making my Family’s easter the Best ever! The Home style dinner. Let me say The Food from start to end has been amazing!! Friend Calamari was tender and crispy. The Ravioli was so so good. Eggplant rolletini cooked perfectly and with no skin. The rice balls everyone loved. Shrimp cocktail, the shrimp was huge. Even the salad was excellent. Still Glazed ham and desert to come! Brix was simply amazing today! Thank you so much Brix !!!! We will be back so many more times.

It's not in my best interest to bash a small business (especially a restaurant during this time where they can't even get workers), so I will start off by saying that I would go there yourself and make your own judgement. But something rubbed me the wrong way, and I think it should be known before you go there. I went there with my family and placed our order. The server kept forgetting things and we had to call her over and remind her a couple times for drink refills, etc. Not a huge deal. That's not what my issue was about. My issue came at the time of the bill. I honestly never even look at prices, but I remember thinking "Oh, the chicken parm and this other chicken dish are both $18". When the bill came, I saw it was $22. It's $4, not $100, but I brought this up to the server just because I thought it was odd, and she explained "Due to Covid, prices have gone up. We are ordering new menus". I totally get that. But Covid has been around for 2+ years and you still haven't gotten around to update the menu or at least advise your customers? So my thought is, if you are on a budget, check with the server before placing your order. My wife asked if anything else on the bill was wrong, but honestly, I didn't even look. Because if I noticed that ALL of our dishes and appetizers were +$4, then I would have been upset, called the manager, and I didn't even want to go down that road. So again, I'm not saying don't go, the food was ok, but just ask questions if you are watching your money.

I was craving brick oven pizza and then we saw Brix while in the car on the way home. We thought great let’s get some slices. To our surprise it’s not just a pizzeria. It’s actually a pizza bar! Brix has a great atmosphere. They have theme nights and a DJ that plays on the weekends. The food here is amazing. We ordered a cheese pizza, calamari and bacon wrapped filets. *Chef’s kiss* Superb! The pizza was good and I’m dying to try the specialty ones. The calamari was crispy as it should be and the marinara was sooo good. The bacon wrapped filet is served on a toasty crustini with creamy mushrooms on the bottom. That plate was my favorite. We got a $10 bottle of wine to top it off. I really want to try the fried cheesecake. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Brix. Oh let me not forget to mention that they have dollar clams and dollar wings on Wednesdays which we’re eager to try. So we’ll be back! I highly recommend.
