Starbucks

They were crazy busy and the staff was really wonderful and super helpful. Aaron was especially helpful. He made my order perfectly and even double checked to make sure the lid was on tight so I didn’t burn myself. Very thoughtful and valuable to the team. Even apologized for how busy it was and for my wait (which was 5 minutes) thank you!

Why is this location always so inconsistent? Their hours online say 9:30 but if you come mid-day they’re closed with a sign that says “power out” when there’s clearly power in the store. Other times they are just not here during business hours and you wasted a trip for nothing. I just called and asked if they’re open passed 3 and the lady said yes although I just pulled into the drive through and there’s a sign that says “closing at 3” what is with these people? Get it together

This is the best Starbucks around. I get greeted every time I walk in. The customer service is great! Also, I’ve gone to other Starbucks and they don’t make their drinks like the Belleville location does. They always seem well prepared and taste better! I have a dairy allergy and they are very good accommodating for me and make it no problem at all. All of the employees are warm and friendly, especially Emily W. She calls me by my name and I notice she knows the other customers by their first names. That little extra goes a long way ☺️ Overall I’ve been here several times and I’m happy with this place, thought it’s finally time to write a review!

Stopped in the drive thru to get two tall dark roast coffees. They didn't have dark roast, so they offered medium roast. We ordered both with just a dribble of cream. They were cold!!! We went back. I took them inside and noticed that the gentleman up front immediately went to get a manager after the girl whispered to him after seeing me walk in. The manager went to the brewer and told him to start brewing a fresh pot. This was before the manager came to speak with me. I explained that the coffee was cold, she already had a complimentary card in her hand. As the Manager listened to me explain, a young girl at the counter piped in that we ordered it with 2% milk and that milk is cold so it's going to make the coffee cold.. At no time did we say 2% milk!!! They KNEW they served us cold coffee!! I asked what they had that was HOT and was told they didn't have any hot coffee. They had to brew it. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
