The food is always great! I’ve noticed in the past 6 months the customer service went down. I over looked it because of Covid and everyone is stressed. But today I left out of line.. the tone and attitude the people on the speaker is disrespectful. I understand customers are not nice at times but I am not one them. It is not fair to be treated that way when I have not been rude. It was best for me to leave and not say anything at all. It’s never okay for the customer to be disrespectful and neither is it okay for the employees to be disrespectful.. I can spend my money somewhere else.

I hope people will view this review. Cut the workers here a little slack. The employees are amazing. It is not their fault they are short staffed. Their former gm left & they lost most of their other evening staff not too long after. You cannot blame the staff or the overworked management. A little kindness goes a long way.

We ordered again from this place after having missing items the last time we ordered from them. We assumed it was because of a busy Friday night and gave them the benefit of the doubt, this time we ordered on Wednesday and the results were even worse. We bought and paid for three orders of fries and we received none. The cheese sauce I ordered with the fries came but no fries. Then my French Dip sandwich came without the Au Jus cup. I can't believe this company can't find a way to check the bags before they are sent out for delivery to keep from angering their customers. I guess they are earning enough to not care when they lose customers

Wow! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered pickup and the doors are locked, drive thru is overpacked and people are leaving. Finally after arguing for 15 min to give me a refund or my order. They refused my refund. The girl brought me my stuff telling me there is no GM for this store “hunny” I will never return here again! How dare her, “hunny” needless to say I sure didn’t eat and money was completely wasted!

Not sure how to explain a fly in my sandwich but that's exactly what happened. This review would have also never happened except the manager decided to mention I was not the first customer to bring back food because there were bugs in it. It's also worth mentioning that the blame was passed on to the food delivery drivers and NOT THE PERSON MAKING THE FOOD! You made a sandwich with a fly in it, you were not paying attention, you should be put on toilet duty...
