It's great to see places busy again!!! We walked in with a 20-minute wait yet only waited 6 minutes. The host was was extremely helpful and polite as well. Our server was extremely sweet and courteous. She was prompted and got our food out while being busy! I definitely will be back. Not just for the food but because the hospitality here was amazing. Our server was Barbi and Elizabeth. You won't go wrong with either one.

Mary waited on us, she was exceptional. In this “Covid season” we have been to restaurants where our service hasn’t been great. Lack of staffing or staff just being very tired because they work long hours has been evident in some restaurants. Mary was kind, always smiling, high energy, worked very hard at all her tables making sure everyone had what they needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and quick with “refills”. As a former waitress, I appreciated her work ethic, as a former restaurant manager, I would hire someone of her caliber immediately. The food was very good as well. We will be back!

My sister's and I went yesterday and the service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress took forever to get us our drinks, she never asked for our id's after ordering our alcoholic beverages. Then after getting our orders and finally eating, it was time to go. When asked if we were ready for the bill we said yes and asked for to go containers. She dropped off the bill. But no containers. My sister had to go to the host stand after waiting for fifteen minutes. Let me say that I understand and know first hand the ins and outs of restaurants. I know about lunch rush and how honestly a servers bread and butter is their tips. At the time when my sister and I dined there there was no rush. Although we didn't like her service because honestly she could have done better we still tipped her fifteen dollars. But we definitely won't be going back to this location.

The 5 stars are solely based on our waiter and the food. Our waiter was amazing. The hostess-not so much. She was Very nice but she didn't give us menus. Asked twice, still didn't get them til asked the waiter. We didn't get our appetizer til after our food. The waiter gave us a discount due to that. That's not why he was so great-he just was. Very attentive to us, extremely helpful, professional and nice. My boyfriend and i were very pleased w our food. Was best I've had from Applebees. First time at this one.

Listen up! The food and the service is bomb but you’ve gotta see Alexis specifically! She goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whether it be the drinks, food, explaining a dish or just casual conversation if you’ve had a rough day... ask for her and 100% your day will get better! I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and if it weren’t for her and the new BOH staff I’d be frequenting somewhere else. Together, they make this place amazing. 10/10 recommend and I’ll be back probably tmrw.

We really loved the food but Service was awful!! We waited 10 min for a server to take our drink order! We ordered our food then someone else brought it then 20 min into our meal when we were done and wanted more drinks and dessert we had to flag another server to get our server and they were not busy we did not see her waiting on other tables!!! We didn’t want to embarrass her by stating her name but she was awful!! Food was Excellent but Service was just Atrocious!! If we ever return we will definitely request a different server!!
