The staff was totally amazing a fight was about to break out and I turned my head to let the staff know and these 3 were already jumping in between the two that were going to fight Manshon Delilah Miracle the crew jumped into action with no hesitation and defused the problem and nobody got hurt amazing job thank you 3 for a amazing job that was way beyond excellent

We ate inside today and the food was hot and fresh .but...the inside restaurant was filthy, the tables were dirty, the floors were so sticky, my shoe pulled off my ankle, the tray that my food was served on was greasy and the trash can was so full and dirty there was no room to empty our trash in, theemployees were nice but this storw needs majorcleaned, also thewindows were sofilthy.

Unusually horrible service and food! When we got to the payment window, our credit card was declined for $1.09. Seemed odd to me, but we just payed and called out CC company. The line moved horribly slow, if we could have gotten out of line, we would have left. We get to the window and we find out their systems have gone down. They ask us our order two different times before they ask us to pull around to the front. About 5 minutes after being parked, they come out and ask our order again. 5 minutes later they bring our order out without 2 items, and all the food was cold. They bring the rest of our food out, and it is only mildly warmer than the first batch. I ask for a receipt at this point and they can't provide one. They do offer for us to go back through the drive through for new food. We've already been here for nearly 30 minutes at this time. No, thank you. We have frequented this BK multiple times over the last year and never had service or food like this, but it will be a long time before I go back.
