Placed an online order, quickly picked up and once I got back home I noticed two items were swapped in size. Meat was tasteless, barely hot in temperature, sauce was bland, totally unlike my memories of the Sphinx in the past. What was an institution and the best kebab in Belfast has become a joke when dozens of other kebab shops can do a better job than these. Also the staff Looked like they had better things to do than serve a customer. Won't be back.

**WARNING** This was the most disgusting food I have ever ordered. Do not ruin your evening by ordering from this place. Literally ordered at 7.30 and was told it would be 55 minutes.
90 minutes later it arrived. Driver was fine. Didn't say much.
When I checked the food it was freezing. I ordered a large kebab, chips, sausage and a milkshake.
Total was £27 including delivery.
For 27gbp I am expecting fantastic food but no this place is just living off awards they won years ago.
Kebab tasted like feet, sauce tasted of nothing. Meat was like 2 day old Sunday roast beef. Absolute cheek of this place charging premium rates for literally a zero out of 10 food.
The chips were fine considering they were £4 they were nothing to write home about. But they were edible.
The milkshake was great but again for the price I'm paying I would expect everything to be.
Will never order from them again.
Do yourself a favor.... spend the 27 quid for a basic kebab meal on a pizza instead. At least its edible. Unlike mine that's gone in the bin.
I wish I had a dog so I could say " I wouldn't even give it to my dog."

Ordered a large Irish kebab and a chip at 7.50 through deliveroo and was told it would arrive for 8.55 which is long enough considering I’m only half a mile away. It arrived at 9.20. Once I opened up the food the chips were barely warm to touch and soggy and half cooked these were not fit for consumption. The kebab was also cold only the meat in the middle had heat in it and the grease on it was disgusting the whole thing just fell apart. Food not fit for consumption it all went in the bin do yourself a favour if looking a take away stay away from this place. Doors should be shut.

Order delivered was wrong to begin with - £30+ worth of food may I add
Then proceeded to ring and get this amended to be told nothing could be done. Following this, after 5 days trying to get in touch with the store, we were advised by the ‘’manager” that we would claim a free meal on our next visit to Belfast.
Upon arriving in Belfast we rang both Botanic and Stranmillis stores to ensure this was possible. The ‘manager’ had conveniently forgotten the promise he made to us regarding the free meal and while on the phone to ‘Sara’ in Botanic store explaining yet again our situation, she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Please avoid this place at all costs and do NOT waste your money in it. Disgusting food and disgusting service.

Ordered food via Deliveroo spent £32 when it came I got the large kebab it has busted all over the bag, and wasn’t even eatable the grease was absolutely terrible wouldn’t have even fed it to my dogs, absolutely disgusting. , have contact deliveroo for a refund as it was absolutely terrible and cost £32.

Delivery over 30 minutes late, driver was rude and chips were undercooked. Standards have really slipped over the last few months, this will definitely be the last order.

food isn’t great quality, esp. the kebab which I felt was v unsatisfying and didn’t taste v flavourful, disappointing considering it has won national awards for its kebabs.
The service however was fast and friendly.

Ordered 2 regular chicken kebabs total came to £25 pound. They were tiny, cold, disgustingly burnt and not chicken kebabs at all. Seriously vile I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. One bite and in the bin
