Good hot chocolate but the shop was an absolute shambles with plates, drinks and trays all over the place. Restroom was so bad we had to go next door to Pret A Manger to buy something in order to use theirs.
Went today and I ordered a crossiant, sausage roll and tea. the woman behind the till short changed me by £10 and then forgot about my hot food and after 15 minutes and had to ask a different person that I ordered hot food while other customers after me got their hot food before i did. I'd avoid this one in the future.
