Taquitos

Wow! Talk about being knocked in the face with flavors. I ordered a chicken rice bowl and was surprised by the combination of flavors going into the dish: chicken was cooked in some sort of delicious sauce, there was grilled pineapple, refried black beans that were definitely prepared and not just heated out of a can, homemade pico, pickled cabbage, excellently seasoned rice, a cooling crema, and than different salsas. The owner takes care with all the elements of a dish I’ve had at other food trucks, but here, I got so much more food and flavor for my money. Highly recommend. The owner was also friendly and the truck seemed clean.

Rory was so helpful and explained everything for me, I explained I was tracking calories and he was able to give me an estimate of calories,which I couldn't thank him enough for. Catriona was so lovely and friendly and prepared our food with expertise. The food was outstanding, so fresh and delicious. My first visit and most certainly will not be the last. Highly recommend!!!!
