Moved to the area last week and after 2 drive-thru experiences, the fries are not hot like their huge signs specifies, never got a napkin or ketchup packet even after I asked so I’m clear I’d much rather prepare and enjoy my own cooking at home than waste my money and caloric intake on lackluster service and products. Thanks!

Not as good as they use to be, cold fries slow service at drive through lane, chili used to be the best! Now quarter pieces of hamburger in there taste not as good. Kitchen seems disorganized. Everything was better when older women were working there.

I was in here the other day and the young man at the order station was such a delight. I had an elderly woman with me and he was so kind and gentle with her because she has a hard time hearing. We need more people like him in this world

This was the friendliest staff I have ever seen in a Wendy’s. They were so nice and they made picking up lunch great. Food was good and came out quick. P

Had a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. We were treated to fast courteous service even though we only bought coffee. Clean, nice place and the sandwich was great!!

The restaurant was fine I was sorely disappointed when I got my French fries they were terrible I hate that you changed them I cannot stand shoe string French fries I like the thicker fries. So since I only come here for the fries I won't be coming back. ☹️

Good service, but that's all. My girlfriend and i stopped for dinner and we both got burgers. We both ended up with food poisoning. Love Wendy's but i cant reccomend this one.

The service is always slow. There is no fast in this fast food. It does not matter if there are two cars infront of me or zero. I constantly have to ask for fries to be extra hot and I get attitude from the staff when I send them back because they are cold. Your commercial indicate that the fries will be HOT and crispy. You may want to put your advertisement money into employee development as it is a waste having a commercial that does not deliver on expectations.
