Starbucks

Standard service for which the franchise is already known. Great variety of breakfast items for the person ready to go and in a hurry. The great thing here was not the purchase but the service itself. Cheerful and polite, could make you spend more time and money than you planned. Some employees are a disaster waiting to happen for their companies, but this one gave a brighter face to the service and made our time and money worth the trouble.

Personally, I haven't had very good experiences with this Starbucks. They tend to rush you at the drive-thru (even when no one is behind you) and it causes them to get your orders wrong. I went yesterday and this exact thing happened to me and my group. We asked for extra caramel on a drink, it didn't look like it had any. We asked for 3 butter croissants and were only given 2 (even though there was 3 on the receipt). A drink that was supposed to have no ice was given to us with ice. It just seems as though they have no need to rush you, but they do and it causes wrong orders every time.

Purchased an iced pistachio latte without ice and they used to fill it to the top. Got one this morning and there’s about an inch and a half space from the rim of the cup down. That’s a shame and now I hear that they’re raising prices. I get coffee from Starbucks quite a bit and this is not right.

This review only reflects on the 2 unprofessionally rude younger, newer barista girls I have not seen at this location before on my order ahead beverage and bagel order this lovely Sunday afternoon. Feeling nothing could ruin this beautiful day, I ran in to pick up my order (do this everyday, not always this location, where I'm always greeted with a smile, "hi" & "have a great day" as I locate my pick up order and go) when this time verifying, "is this my order?" gesturing to the orders sitting for pickup (labels turned, couldn't see name) I was greeted not only with an abrupt, "why don't you read it" but rude laughter of the 2 girls laughing at me as well for trying to talk to them. Don't worry, won't even be ordering ahead at this location any time soon.

Oh, my gosh, every time I come here, I have an amazing experience! The employees are so sweet, so great to have a conversation with. They’re fast-paced and help me out with questions I have about the Starbucks app or menu each time. And, I appreciate the vegan options the Starbucks company carries. There are so many Starbucks stores in Bel Air, but I recommend going to this one out of all! The employees are just all around wonderful. ❤️
