This place wasn’t too bad over 20 years ago. It’s changed hands since. Went in today around 2pm and got 2 lots of chips, chicken mushroom pie and sausage. Took one bite of each and ended up binning the lot! …
The chips weren't cooked properly, and the pastry on the pie wasn't cooked underneath I dread to think what the filling would have been like. Meal went in the bin will not return and definitely would not recommend.
The best fish and chips I've had in a long long time. I had the £8 fish , chips and sauce deal . A great meal deal , good value for money with plenty of food in my tray. I would definitely recommend.
I've been coming here for a long time, I usually get one of the deals off from the front window, kebab meat, chips and a burger. Although I have had most of the other food and I've always enjoyed my food and the service from King Cod.
Fairly decent. Had the doner wrap & chips which was great for its price. Both were hot and the service was friendly.
Seat layout is a bit strange to me but overall food and service is good. Would go again and recommend to local students looking for something affordable and good.
Yesterday after work in the evening I went to get fish and chips and it was excellent customer service and with care and the staff was so good to me and I will love to go there again
