We got home, put the chicken on a plate, and on the bottom of the bucket there was already eaten food, chicken that had been eaten, and bones. The most disgusting thing i have ever seen. You hate your job that much you would serve a customer someone elses food? Tried to call them, they won't answer. The place was dead empty too.

For some reason this KFC always makes you wait before you can place your order. Tonight it was changing the till. I wasn't told this until I was already waiting for almost ten minutes and I asked if they could tell me how long it was going to be. Horrible customer service. The guy apologized for the wait, but ten freaking minutes!! They should have offered a free drink at the least or a free side. Nope just "be with you in one minute" and then ten minutes of waiting. If this was a one off you wouldn't be reading this. This was a five star review a year ago, but I changed it today because it's happened too many times.

I ordered a 12 pc meal, original receipt. They stated that they didn't have enough original in dark meat and would I accept dark in extra crispy. Kids are hungry, so I said fine. Got home and I have 12 piece, extra crispy, all dark. Can't get anyone on the phone. I paid for 12 pc mixed of white and dark. Will be looking for an alternative from now on.

I paid 10$ for two polar swirls that were only half full. They are already really small for 5$ a piece but the least they could have done was fill it all the way up. Never doing that again, it's not worth the price! Also, guy in the drive thru said "Will that be all?" after EVERY single item! I do not come here to be rushed around! Chill.

terrible.... I got a 8pc chicken bucket original flavor. the chicken wasn't hot and not crispy at all. it was super soggy and flavorless.
I only had two pieces and had to dump the rest.

Ordered a Pepsi which I did not receive. Tried calling and nobody will answer the phone! How convenient!!

It was bad, dry small pieces. I orderd 5 pc chicken tenders. Got told i have to wait 7min because the chicken was frozen. I was fine with that. Biscuit no butter. Should have gone to Arby's or Jack in the box.

Yummy original chicken recipe. Super soft and the patatoes were delicious too! Biscuit was a little dry but otherwise also good. I also really liked that they had raspberry tea brisk on tap!
