Arby's

The food was good but the restaurant was a mess. We went there and the drive thru board was dark and we couldn't tell it was open. When I asked the person through the speaker if they were open, he said he had to check. Then, at the windows, we heard yelling between workers, swearing about each other, the customers orders, and complaints about their job. Like I said, the food was good and accurate. None of the anger was directed at me but my whole family was a little disturbed.

There's an Arby's close to my house and I went through the drive thru and paid the $6.69 for a waygu meat hamburger. I got the deluxe version as I didn't want bacon which was the other choice. Two minutes later I opened the foil wrapped burger and found the burger cold. It was obvious that it had been sitting for a while as the condiments has soaked into the buns leaving them mushy. I couldn't tell the difference between this ground beef and any other. My opinion is it isn't worth paying nearly $7 and Arby's should stick to roast beef .

Being that this is one of the busiest Arbys in town you’d think they would upkeep the building better. If it wasnt the line at the outside you’ d think it was abandoned for years. The service isnt the best, hit or miss actually. If high schoolers they hire had a better repour with customers it also might help over look the shambles this place looks like.

I have eaten arby's twice in the last 6 months, beef and chedder 1/2 pound , both times It has not stayed down. It caused blood in my vomit. I will never eat at arbys again!!! "They have the meats and food poisoning too". ( Think i need a some Compensation for that slogan ). 🤢🤮🤢 p.s. I love the candid response is. " please contact us with additional info ". Don't want anything just warning others .
