Wendy's

My sandwich was great, but the fries have not been good at all lately and I gave it 3 tries. I'm pretty much done with their fries at this location. The fries were very dark and so hard and just couldn't eat them, also I have been given regular soda many times when I always order Diet and I am a diabetic. Also the workers are rude at this location and I haven't said anything to them about their food nor have I been rude to them.

Horrendous customer service. The screen stopped showing our order in the middle of ordering and we asked if they could turn it back on and were told “if it shut off, it’s off”. Once we were done ordering, we asked the gal to read it back, she nastily said “at the first window”. Get to the first window and ask the gentleman to read us our meal please because we thought we may have messed up and he said “uh, the whole thing?” As we are trying to put our debit car away, the extremely rude gal from the speaker held out food out in the rain. To no surprise, our order was wrong. If you’re going to be that rude and have that much attitude, get the food order right :)

This review is 100% for the Hispanic woman working early Monday Dec.6th. Ma'am you are the best! You have EXCELLENT customer service and made great food. I came through the drive-thru, when I got up to the window I noticed you were the only one working in the entire restaurant.. I asked you if you were alone you said yes. Well Wendy's, myself, and all the other customers that came through that morning until you got some relief owe you a debt of gratitude for even opening the store! Thank you for showing up, doing your job and doing it very well. You deserve a raise! I was wishing I had some cash to give you a tip but hopefully you will notice this review and maybe your boss will too. I don't think too many lazy young kids working at a Wendy's would be even bother to open up by themselves they would probably just sit in their cars, and whine on social media until a full crew of employees showed up. You are awesome I hope somebody reads you this review and you have a wonderful and happy holiday season. Workers like you are hard to find. This is a great Wendy's location and I'm glad it was open. Made my day:-)
