Have ordered natural burger, parm grilled cheese, egg bacon breakfast sandwich, fries, fried zucchini, and chocolate shakes. All items prepared to order and still hot (except the shake) after a 10 minute drive. Always include enough sauces without asking. It may take a little extra time to get your order, but the food quality is worth it. Try ordering the natural burger (it's better quality beef) and the fried zucchini (you get an entire zucchini in an order). Staff is helpful and hardworking - I always see the manager pitching to help get orders out. The food here is fresher than some of the nearby fast-food restaurants. And it's worth a little bit of extra time and money. I been visiting this location for over 3 years.

Absolutely the WORST service and food. Daniel with the huge plugs in his ears, took my order. From the start he made me feel like I was a burden, cutting in to his social time. I handed him 2 coupons. Not realizing they were expired, he rudely handed them back to me and said he couldn't except them because they had expired on February 21st. It was February 28th. I apologized and asked if he could ask a manager. He turned to his right and asked Stephanie, whom I assume was the manager. Also rude. Said no, and gave me$2.00 off instead. I ordered my French Toast, toasted before it was cooked and my eggs over medium. I asked Daniel if he put "toast bread first", he shook his head yes. I also ordered a Ham and Cheese Omelette with hash browns extra crispy. We received soggy, soggy bread and the eggs were hard. The omelette was burnt on one side and my hash browns were raw in the middle and burned on both sides. Very disappointing! When I went to get a box for my toast, Stephanie was very polite and helpful. Only because she was about to clock out. Definitely won't be back!

06/13/2022 630 pm. Walked in stood at counter for over 10 minutes. No one attending the counter area anywhere. Cooks were busy, one guy in the drive thru window area, but absolutely no one anywhere around the front counter for over 10 minutes. As I could find no one to take m order, I left. Called the manager, no apology, no empathy, just rude response. If corporate sees this stores numbers falling, this is why. And not the first time this has happened here .
