Starbucks

The one thing I appreciate about this place at least the times that it was posted it did open up that particular time. It was a clean they had a new person on staff and I guess Starbucks you baptized by fire. You did okay. They forgot my drink and the other drinks took longer than 15 minutes to come out that's kind of late my opinion for for 5:00 in the morning. This place did open on time they had good service. For the amount of people that came into the store to get their drinks seem to go very quickly and smoothly. Now that I know this is the real Starbucks I'll be going up there and then drive to my destination because this store at least post a real time they open up and have service ready to go at that time.

This Starbucks has really improved. They have hired some great new employees that make coffee to the recipes and always greet you. The only downside to this location is that it's nearby several schools, so it can be really busy on weekday afternoons, but I just order ahead, and my drink is always ready.

I like this starbucks but it has some downfalls. Last time my husband and I had ordered through the drive thru well there weren't many people inside or outside but we asked for extra caramel and we both were given barely anything which was strange given the fact that I saw them taking orders from inside and making drinks using alot of caramel so that was odd to me and our drinks were very watery tasting and my husband doesn't add coffee to his so he said it tasted like frozen chocolate milk, and mine didn't get the extra espresso shot added either unfortunately. This isn't the first time we have had these small mistakes with our drink but there are times we do get delicious starbucks but there are the downfalls. I'm hoping these little things can be adjusted to make this location better and even though it's small stuff well I can't imagine how much money starbucks is getting for adding extra little things within the drinks that people ordered and they pay for those extras but don't get that in their drink that is what disappoints me.

I went to Starbucks for my daughter’s birthday. They were busy and I waited patiently in the drive thru while they made my three fraps. Everything was going well. They even wrote on the side of my cups. The guy that was making my drinks left them blending and went to work on another order. The girl that was taking the orders took over. She read the label on my cup and then put whipped cream on it. I told her I am allergic to dairy when she went to hand me my drink, she was like oh it said no whip. She scraped off the whipped cream with the top of the cup. Then she scooped off the remainder of the whipped cream from inside the cup. She looked up at me and asked if I wanted it remade. I said yes. She dumped out the drink in the sink and threw the cup away. She remade my drink perfectly. But then went to the trash grabbed my old cup out took off the label and put it on my new cup. Disgusting!

I've been here a couple of times with my friend and they always take forever to make our drinks. That's not why its getting 2 stars. They're getting 2 stars because they lack in preparing their drinks adequately. Sometimes the portions are off. They add either too much caramel or in my case give me a grande macchiato in a venti cup and fill it up all the way with milk and keep the same serving for coffee 🤦🏼‍♀️
