Hotel Dudley

Family friendly pub. The meals were good. Friendly staff. Good customer service. I could smell cigarette smoke in parts of the pub. The pub also has a sports bar and gaming area. There are TVs that show channels Seven, Nine and Fox Sports in the main bar and eatery area. This pub was once well known as the home of Stumby’s Restaurant. There is plenty of parking outside this pub - and at the rear of the facility.

There aren't enough stars for the Dudley Hotel. 5 stars for the staff who were friendly, helpful and who went the extra mile to go to the bar next door and give me table service when the beer that I liked wasn't available in the bistro bar. 5 stars for the steak that was cooked to perfection and was delicious. 5 stars for my wife's barramundi that wasn't overcooked and dried out 5 stars for having the beer ICY COLD. 5 stars for the old fashioned service that you see so rarely these days. Next time that I am passing through Bathurst I know where I will be having dinner.

Went in for $8 schnitties on Thursday nights, $4 for the parmi upgrade. Definitely a good deal there!! And a massive as feed for what you pay for, the only downside is that the schitnzel was very burnt and solid all around. Although it did come out fairly quickly and very hot. I'll be back again soon to give them another shot!
