Pizza Hut

We always order from pizza hut being loyal customers. We love their pizza and the cheesy bites crust. The order always arrives 15/25 minutes later than the estimated time they give, but it's OK as long as the pizza is good. Good combo deals and I like their chips, salsa/sauces not so much. Customer service nice.

I decided to order a pizza from pizza hut over the phone the service was terrible the guy couldn't understand English I had to spell out my address & say my post code 3 times the quality of the pizza & garlic bread was the same you would buy from lceland for a pound which is rubbish I will never order a takeaway again

Called up to check where are order was & the guy on the phone just kept hanging up on us & just being straight rude. Money left our account but didn’t get a confirmation email, so just wanted to know if it went through. Don’t know who this guy thought he was but all we wanted to know if it came through or not. Called up 3 times, hung up each time after telling us to “stop calling” at 20:54 (31/08/2021). We had an order of 8 pizzas, but we’re just gonna go to dominos from now on, at least they actually help their customers. Nice one.

If anybody has an allergy DO NOT come here. I had previously ordered a pizza from here without cheese from the saver menu as I have a dairy allergy, and the person I phoned allowed it. Tried to do the same today, and the 'manager' very aggressively told me if I wanted to "amend my toppings" I could only do so by paying the full £16.99 for the EXACT same pizza - just without the cheese. Outrageous. The Gluten Free option is good, but some serious work is needed for this to be an allergen friendly restaurant. Very cheeky, and obviously only concerned with their profit margin, and not the customer.
