Pizza Hut

I had a good experience. Previously, this Pizza Hut has had issues with customer service, cleanliness, and quality control. I put in a mobile order for personal pan pizza, and was 10 minutes early of the 15 they told me, and they had it waiting for me. Keep in mind it wasn't a generic cheese or Pepperoni, it was a very specific pizza that they tackled as soon as possible. Had a wonderful lady help me out, and I will definitely be coming back, especially for the price.

Delivered bye door dash I paid online it's 30• degrees out side you left it in the cold and didn't even knock on my door to let me know it's there 🤦🏽‍♀️and I tipped and you see what I get are you serious it looks like who ever delivered it also enjoyed a slice this is poor customer service just horrible in the trash it go

I purposely by passed 3 other pizza competitors to order from Pizza Hut because I knew they would give me what I was desiring. I was so confident that the fact they don't deliver to my area which is only 15 minutes away didn't deter me. So imagine the disappointment when I pick my pizza up, get home, and see this. Undercooked, Undersauced, and totally diasppointed. $50 bucks later, I ended up going to Whataburger.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very RUDE customer service. I placed a order on the phone , they took the order and confirmed it, even gave me a wait time. After a hour & a half goes by I still haven’t got my pizzas. I called and they then tell me “ my driver said it’s too far” I then tried to tell her that they have delivered here multiple times but before she let me finish my sentence she interrupted me and said “not here you haven’t” and then hung up in my face. I will never order here and I will be telling others about my experience here. Do better.

No answers to anything, I was on hold for 15 mins when I asked what topping they had, the young women were giggling. I asked to speak with a boss, same girl got on the phone. They later told me I was “rude” because I asked for cooperates number… later hung up in my face after I was trying to comfirm my order, they delivered it even tho it was a pick up. And most of all… we never got the pizza. How sad.
