Burger King

Ordered a Sourdough Chicken Club sandwich today and was told they no longer made those. Ordered a Rodeo Crispy Chicken sandwich as an alternative. Got a child size sandwich… with tiny chicken patty, 3 tiny onion rings, and BBQ sauce on a regular Junior sesame seed bun… see photo. This sandwich is supposed to be regular sized sandwich on a potato bun, with 3 half strips of bacon, American cheese, and creamy mayo on it. Not even close! Check your order before you leave the store!!!

Never give receipts. Presumably so they can take the surveys themselves and make Burger King think they are better than they actually are. Don't get me wrong, the food is.... okay.... I come here for breakfast and their menu is never turned around for breakfast. One day I told them and then they just brushed it off. I literally had to look up the menu on my phone to order. I come here about once a week and the results are the same. There is nobody in line but they make me pull up to a waiting spot. And I NEVER GET MY RECEIPT. I ran a fast food joint so I understand that receipt reviews matter. But you fix them with hardwork, NOT by taking customer receipts and lying. Update 11/3/21 - Again, no receipt. Also, I forgot to mention before, broken screen. On top of all of that, I find it very strange why they make me pull up to their stop sign when and they bring my food outside to me when there is NEVER anyone else in the line.

Food was satisfactory. It was correct at least. The customer service though, it needs an overhaul. Every time I come here there's never anyone in line. Yet the service I get is as if I'm bothering them from playing on their phones. Yesterday I went for a quick lunch because there wasn't anyone in the drive thru. Pull up to the window, get asked to wait. After a few minutes a woman comes on to take my order and get mad at me for correcting her for my order being incorrect on the screen. Another case of rushing the customer instead of letting them order. I get to the window, no greeting. Now hi how are you, nothing. Just shoves her hand out the window and snaps the total at me. I pay but had to ask for my card back and my receipt because they never give you one or even offer to give you one. She shoved food at me and acted like I was being an inconvenience to her. This explains why no one is ever there.

Sat at the drive thru order screen for about 5 minutes. Kept saying "hello" with no response. So I figured they must have closed early sense that seems to happen alot here. So I pull up to the window and a skinny Hispanic kid with a bowl hair cut. sadly didn't get his name (reason for description) opens the window and says "what" I asked if they were still open and he said "yep but you can't order here gotta go back around" I told him I sat at the order screen for about 5 minutes and he says "not my problem we were obviously busy go back around". DO NOT COME HERE.

First of all we went today 6/7/22 and my sister and I ordered chicken fries and it made my sister sick to her stomach where she was throwing up a lot and I know it was the food because we always eat at some sort of Burger King and chicken fries never made her that sick! Then my father ordered a bacon king and got a small cheeseburger with 1 slice of bacon!

This is an edit of my 1 star review from three years ago. I decided to try this place again a couple months ago and I actually had a good meal with fast service. So I came back a few more times and each time I got hot, fresh food that tasted great, and excellent service. Each visit has been a consistent 5/5. I feel they deserve an updated review so I’m giving them 5 stars. I’m glad they fixed the problems because I really like Burger King!
