Taco Bell

Closed due to inclimate weather, while I was in line... Employee yelled at me, "I live an hour away! Do you really think I wanna drive home in this?" I told the employee to get the manager. He responded we're closed. I said fine I'll just call corporate. He laughed and said do you really think we care about this job? The photo is of what this poor guy had to drive home in... it isn't even rainy! Won't ever go to Tacobell again. Update: Contacted corporate, they referred my email back to the manager, who called and said we already talked about this, what do you want. She does not care and should be fired along with the rest of the miserable crew. There are over 80 comments on the neighbors app from an update yesterday saying how the manager didn't care that there was hair in a woman's food. Please, please, please do not go here and if you do get bad service here call corporate and get this crew fired

Every time I come here, the wait to order, then to get your food is terrible. That goes for the drive-thru and counter both. It usually take me 35-50 minutes every time. This Taco Bell certainly takes the “fast” out of fast food. I like Taco Bell, I sure wished the owner/manager could do something to put the “fast” back into fast food.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve been here four times, and they have NEVER gotten my order right. I’m not just talking about missing a sauce, or putting the wrong meat. Like they literally give me the completely wrong order. Not even one item correct. Every time. When I try to call and tell them about my order, the line is busy. I will not go here.

Each time we come here they mess up the order somehow or it takes much longer than it should. We would like to go to Taco Bells more often but there's not another one anywhere nearby. This last time the cashier didn't know how to check me in so I waited a half hour before my order was even started. While waiting they served people who came in and ordered after me and had to fix at least three drive-thru orders that were missing or completely incorrect. Twice they had to refuse a $20 bill for payment because they didn't have the change. From order time to walking out of the door was about an hour.

I usually don't have any trouble at this particular Taco Bell location and I did go during a lunch hour which I don't usually do, but I ordered a 5-layer burrito and an order of chips with cheese and my cup of nacho cheese was less than half way full. That was kind of disappointing but speed of service and customer interaction was as good as it always is.

Not sure what is going on here but we were in line for 35 minutes, and that was just until we could order. Dining area was closed...again, not sure why but it is what it is. After 45 minutes I made it to the first window where I was greeted by a young man who addressed me as "sup dog". Greetings aside, the icing on the cake was when I was asked to sit and wait at that same window and then they would tell me when to move forward. Couldn't figure out why but then I saw all the numbers on the screen. When I was finally asked to move forward, another 5-7 minutes later, I asked the guy handing me my 3 items, if the reason I was asked to stay back was to keep their timer low from the time you pull up to the window, to the time you leave. He said and I quote, "hell yea man, that's exactly what we are doing." Do better taco bell.
