Horrible service, I mean what are times coming to you with young customer service. I’ve gone to this location a few times now ordered beef and broccoli which you have to wait for cause they never have any ready all though it is on the drive through menu and when I get home it’s a small spoon on beef on top of a lot of rice. I just blew it off said next time I’ll order chicken, so tonight went and got the big plate, I ordered sesame chicken breast, the guy told me they were out so I got the orange chicken and honey nut walnut shrimp, when I went to pay they charged me extra for the walnut shrimp. When I asked the young lady I thought they were subbing it since they were out of the sesame chicken, she said we can’t do that. We are not giving away free food here.. I think that remark was so uncalled for, I paid for my meal and did not ask for free food. Happy Valentine’s Day service.. so disappointing, that’s all I can say.. Unprofessional, so rude, and the wait in the drive through was over 15mins, for that time frame I truly think service should be better. Panda Express you have a lot to work on.

This location is ran by a bunch of children, literally. They have absolutely NO leadership here. The children are rude and can't even get an order correct. I called to tell them that my order was wrong and the little boy that answered the phone said "what do you want me to do about it??", then hung up on me and would NOT answer the phone when I tried to call back, then they'd answer the phone and immediately put me on hold without even saying anything. Extremely childish, rude little human beings at this location. I'm also told that they don't even have a manager here. Whoever is the franchise owner here needs to completely start over with new employees or they will continue to lose business due to the attitudes of the children they employ. These children need to stay at home and learn what customer service is before being employed anywhere. As you can see from the multiple reviews on here, rudeness is nothing new at this location. Save your money and eat elsewhere. I'm out $20 for food they forgot. Can't even get a refund now.

Stopped here before heading out and was excited to have lunch until I got to ordering. They were out of all my favorites. No egg rolls, no vegetable rolls, no cheese puffs, wait time for steak and veggies. Very disappointed. Rice was cold as well as beef and broccoli. The only thing I enjoyed was the shrimp and sprite.

This location is horrible! Everytime we go for carry out its 6-8pm. They are out of everything!!! No orange chicken or kung pow, and almost every night no spring rolls!! I don't know why we even try to get dinner here! The employees are a bunch of children, no leadership or Manager to see of... How does a major chain restaurant run out of main dishes 2-3 hours before closing!?? Bad management is how!! Don't waste your time!!
