This is my favourite coffee shop, all the staff r friendly.. always help everyone.. the ladies always have a little chat and the whole experience very nice.... can be a little slow some times but only because it gets very busy...would recommend it to everyone

Friendly staff made this visit pleasant. Lovely chocolate cake and a pot of Earl Grey. Time to sit and catch up with emails. Nice and peaceful in the Costa upstairs.

This is my favourite Costa anywhere. Great location on the upper floor of Festival Place, Basingstoke. Has a soft comfy sofa in the window to watch the world go by, the coffee is always fresh, tasty and hot, but most of all I love the staff and the manager. They are all super sweet, super smiley, and super efficient. Thank you for making my day a better one. ❤⭐⭐⭐
