My 6 piece ended up being a 4 piece... It's a 6 piece box it states that right on the top so I'm not sure how they messed up. I guess somebody wanted a snack.
My fries were also unsalted and old n cold... ❄️

It's been a long time since I dined in. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The workers were courteous and service was fast. We actually went for coffee then decided to get meals, which were hot and good. Everyone was very pleased.

Order taker was rude. Window attendant was rude and insisted we had all we ordered only to get home and have to tell my granddaughter the apple juice we ordered for her "HAPPY MEAL" drink was missing. The food was fresh. Probably won't go back to McDonald's

We ordered two big breakfast with hotcakes ( one with bacon and one with sausage plus a side of bacon. It took 20 minutes to get the order correct with the correct payment which was too much. We had to pull over to the side and wait. When we got home the order was wrong. No scramble eggs and hotcakes and no pancake syrup. We were truly disappointed. I will not be going back soon.

First time using the app to place an order. I get there alert the staff I'm parked at space 3. I had 5 people come to my car with the wrong order. They were walking from car to car with people's order. Had to finally go in and get my order. My order was incorrect. Inform the young lady I was missing two triple cheeseburgers. Waited some more, I spent about 30 minutes or so total trying to get my order. Only for her to still bring me two mcdoubles. They were very unorganized and confused. I just left. Because this was ridiculous.

It's hard to criticize considering the labor market/corporate greed.
Pay more. Train better. Make a better product.
I haven't liked McDonald's since I was a kid, except seasonal items like the McRib & Shamrock shake.

This place has really put customer service at the bottom of their list. I went threw the drive thru and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then once someone finally was available to take my order he tries to say I’m going to fast, basically trying to argue with me and I left. Fast food is one of the easiest jobs you could work. I don’t understand why customer service isn’t on the top of this establishment list. There are so many other restaurants I and other customers could’ve went to, but I chose this location. Never again!!!! This is why Chick-fil-A will always get my business, they have great customer services. This establishment needs to take notes for the kings and queens of customer service AKA Chick-fil-A

Rude teenager at the delivery window. They lost part of the order and we waited a long time for the food to come to the car. Once it arrived the order was correct and the food was good.
