O'charley's

Love this restaurant I have been coming here since 1994 and it’s had its rough patches over the years but always bounces back. I order online but love dining in & having the experience I’ve had all these years. I recommend the fried chicken salad, steak and baked potato with veggies. Who can resist their infamous potato soup with those mouthwatering rolls?? The bar is a great place to come sit and have a drink or two and maybe stay and watch the game. The lady Bartender is awesome and great at her job. If your looking for a family night out, celebratory dinner, business lunch/dinner, or just a quick lunch it is worth every penny.

Granted it was a little late for a week night, but it was before 9 PM. We were one of 2 couples in the entire place. Ordered right away and food came out in a just acceptable amount of time. I didn't get the condiments I requested and never was able to get them. The only employee I saw besides our server, was the bartender, but she was too busy cleaning and talking to her boyfriend to get anything for us. Our server never returned after delivering the food, not even to bring the check. The bartender did help with that.

Excellent service. Food was OK. But how do they not have any rolls? Another restaurant we haven't been to since the pandemic. Menu has changed - no longer serving my go-to items. I ordered a chicken dish which was OK but not 5 stars Yeast rolls still great and plentiful. Service was attentive and friendly. I will go back and try something else, and maybe that will boost me to five stars.

Hard to find a simple, small lunch, and I know this restaurant serves great meals. A fantastic waitress took my request, though I had not found it listed. We all had a great meal.... AND...the finishing touch of that meal was that great sense of humored waitress brought me one of the children's coloring pages...because my small meal came from the children's menu. 🥰🥰 A nice meal in a friendly atmosphere, with great servers, great food, and great prices. Always a great stop for a meal!!

I came to O'Charleys the day I came into town. Growing up in Bartlett, before I moved away (biggest mistake ever), I used to come here often with my parents. I wanted to relive the memory by making it a place I couldn't leave without visiting again. The food. Was. Amazing. The portions were more than you might expect as well, which justifies the prices, and the quality of the food makes it all that much more worth it! I got the Steak and Chicken Tenders, with Caesar salad and chicken tortilla soup as my sides. For ~$16 it was very worth the price. My girlfriend got the Ribs and tenders with salad and fries as her sides(about $14, and worth it). Christian was an amazing waiter. He made sure we never had an empty glass, made sure we had our rolls, made sure we had our sauces and checked on us more than once to make sure everything was alright. He more than earned his tip :) amazing service! 5/5 buddy! Hope you see this 😄 My girlfriend and I started with the Spicy Jack Cheese wedges. Let me say, best cheese wedges ever. They're pepper jack cheese wedges golden-browned to cheesy perfection. Spicy, soft and crunchy, and flavorful. 10 out of 5, hands down! (5/5 from both of us = 10/5. Haha I'm funny. Laugh, darn you). Now, I'm going to start this part off by saying I am a bit of an odd ball. I don't like my steaks well done, medium, or even rare. I like mine almost raw. That's right - "Mooing" as it's called. And I got exactly that. It was seasoned to perfection like their steaks are and the inside wasn't cold. In fact, it's the best Mooing steak I've ever had. It was very warm and cooked on the outside but slightly warm on the inside and very red (see pictures). One of the coolest things is that there was NO FAT on it at all! It was THE BEST! 5/5, guys, please keep your cooks! The chicken tenders were to die for as well. They had a very soft crunch - perfect. Satisfying to crunch on, tasty, and even better with their honey mustard. Another 5/5 from both of us 😀 My girlfriend said her ribs were some of the best yet - great BBQ sauce and the meat was practically falling off the bone when she'd try to separate them. 5/5, guys. Your food is too good. I'mma run out of 5's soon! As for drinks, we both got a strawberry Arnold Palmer (strawberry Tea-monade, strawberry VIP) and it was mixed so well it was like they had it down to a perfect science. I loved it, she loved it, your kids will love it, you grandma will love it. We had to get one for each of us to go. 5/5 Lastly, and probably the most overlooked thing - the rolls. OH MY GOD THE ROLLS. Perfect, yes I've said that a lot, but perfect. Lightly golden brown, soft, and unexplainably delicious. Their butter tastes like it was made in their own kitchen (that's a good thing!) which made it soft enough to scoop out of the little cup with the roll(I'm weird, ok?) Guys, if you live in the Bartlett or Memphis area, you NEED to make this place a definite eating stop. If you're just passing through, you can not pass through without going to O'Charleys on Stage Rd. 5/5, 10/10, or if we're totalling up the 5's, it's actually 40/5. How'd they manage to get 40⭐? You'll have to eat there to know first-hand. Then you'll understand

We went on Christmas Eve. We were prepared to wait, especially since there were 6 of us. They were very understaffed with only 2.5 servers (one was brand new) because several people decided not to show for work. We waited quite a while for everything, spent over 2 hours there from walking in the door to leaving, but had a very pleasant time. Our server was Tonia and she was so busy but we never had to ask for a refill for our drinks. She brought out our food herself, bussed our table, she did everything on her own. When my mom's blood sugar started to tank because she needed to eat(type 1 diabetic), Tonia ran to the bar and grabbed her a glass of orange juice and then didn't charge us for it. She wasn't thrilled to be there under those conditions on Christmas Eve, but she worked her butt off for us and we were very thankful. Our food was not really hot when we received it, but it was tasty and we were happy. Given how understaffed they were, she did a wonderful job. She was pleasant and full of Christmas cheer, and I would be happy to sit in her section again!
