the food was surprisingly incredible. everything tasted great. i tried the fish and chips along with the sticky toffee pudding and i completely recommend it all. the staff was very friendly and the service was quick! a great food spot!

A lovely little pub, I just went there with my girlfriend and we had some lovely grub! The staff and pub-goers were very nice (shout-out to Simon) and I was very glad there's karaoke! Definitely coming back!

Great value food and great food. Fish batter is absolutely stunning.
Lamb and mint burger was beautiful, burger was succulent and juicy.
Pork Schnitzel was amazing
But the homemade Onion Rings just hit differently. Never had ones like it, they were stunning.

Visiting spontaneously as part of our first ever visit to Barry.
Staff were very friendly, service was fast and the food was amazing. I had the Scampi & hubby got the cod, both very impressed with the food and felt freshly cooked. The sticky toffee pudding was incredible and not too much date - which is to my preference!

Visited here today on a school trip and I must say what a wonderful service we had!! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff from the chip shop were exceptional!! They went out of their way to make sure everything was on hand ready for us and made us feel extremely welcome ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the day so perfect. Can’t wait to return here! Would highly recommend as it’s well worth the visit ! A gem of a place 😀😀x x

Decent bar next to the funfair - friendly, helpful staff and friendly customers. Food was acceptable, but there is a great chippy next door.
Would not hesitate to call in again when next on Barry Island

So I ordered the large fish & chips....WOW it was like a whale when it came out but so beautiful. Next time me and my family come down on holiday we will definitely be coming back.
