Subway

Stopped here on a road trip and had to leave a review because we were impressed. At another subway, in another state, with ONE person ahead of us we did not have our sandwiches in hand for 20 minutes. When we walked in here just behind a group of five with another six people head of them either being served or waiting I thought we’d be in for a while. Our subs were ready within 10 minutes, tops. The employees were working as a team, they were friendly and we were impressed by one man who went from building subs, to, during a lull as we ate, wiping down hard surfaces in the restaurant and cleaning up trash from the parking lot.

It's hard to rate. Service was awesome. Allison was great! She had a customer that had an issue so she called her manager to find out what to do. The manager was less than respectful to her and made her cry. I think the manager should work on their people skills, as they were very busy and didn't need this added stress. Great job, girls. Terrible job, manager!!!!

Spinach was slimy. Returned my salad and was told “we know it’s slimy but that’s all we have.” 😳 Not an apology or recognition that their spinach was spoiled. I then had to ASK to have my salad re-made. The team behind the counter was annoyed at the request. Still ended up with something spoiled as I got SUPER sick (quick bout of food poisoning) about 12 hrs after eating the salad. Other parents went there and had similar food and service quality issues. Two other parents got sick. We all ate chicken breasts that we assume were spoiled but undetectable. We will NEVER, EVER go to that subway again. Steer clear and eat at your own risk!🤢
