Great food! Had the "steak and white cheddar panini" or should I say "Chicken and white cheddar panini". I just changed it a little. It was the best.

Great food. Great parking. Food fresh and prepared with love. All u can drink. Seating available plenty. Take out available. Order ahead if you want to avoid lubes. Right off street so easy access. Highly recommend

Quick service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The coffees were empty when we arrived, and they filled them right away when we asked. It seems like they could have used 1 more staff member... thanks COVID. Sandwich and soup tasted excellent, could have been a tad bit warmer for my liking, but I would definitely return here.

After picking up my online order, I realized I was missing a soup. I called, and the employee apologized and asked if I'd like to pick one up or get store credit. I was close by and decided to go in to pick it up. No biggie. The nice gentleman gave me a bigger size cup and was SUPER friendly and apologetic. This has to be my favorite Panera around.

I love how quick it is to get a good wholesome meal here. But the staff is Not quite up to par. Frequent mistakes in my order and just not friendly...they remind me of paper doll cut outs just spewing words mindlessly. I dont mean to sound harsh, but one staff member did not even understand me asking for ground black pepper on my sandwich and explained in a confused manor, he's only seen large green peppers in the restaurant. Um..... but if you can deal with that, lol, it really is good quick food. I very much reccomend the Frontega chicken panini ( just don't ask for black pepper).

I had ordered soup and salad online and used the rapid pickup. After I picked it up and brought it back to my work place, I realized I was given the wrong soup. I called right away and spoke to Shelia. She took action right away and sent a delivery driver out to my location to give me the correct soup. She was so nice to me over the phone and she even threw in a cookie and chips. I am beyond happy with their customer service!

The biggest reason I go to this particular Panera so far from home is that it is one of only a few local ones that has a reservable, private, side room (fully enclosed with a door...holds about 20 people). So when I need to have a group meeting, this is my go-to place. The host can either run a tab at the counter or each person can buy their own food and drinks. There are a few others around that have partially enclosed rooms that are slightly quieter than the main dining rooms (Wilmette I think, and Old Orchard). Those do not have much separation from the main dining area and are filled with all-day, computer using, business people, and are not a good solution for a big meeting or presentation. There is one on Rand Rd in Arlington Hts with a very small side room that can be reserved and is fully enclosed (my guess is it holds 6-8 people max).

Food was and quick and did not feel sick afterwards. The seating is a bit out of wack, since lonely people tend to take a booth seating than taking a table that sits for 2. Gets crowded during lunchtime and recommend to take your order to go.

Counter girl smiled brightly while greeting me. Not a friendly place. Ordered a bagel green tea and a loaf of bread to go. She was quick efficient and just a pleasure to work with. My bread was heavenly.
