This store is usually pretty good. I wanted something different this morning, iced coffee, and there were so many choices and while a staff member was close by cleaning, they didn't offer help. I finally muddled through it. I have over 61,000 points but the clerk didn't apply my purchases until another employee came over and helped.

Best hot foods to get at a 7-eleven in b'more, orange chicken wings tasted crunchy on the stick. slurpee was sweet and delicious, and hot dogs looked hot and ready.

Short wait time in line and all their items are in stock. The store was also very clean.

The pizza was hot and tasty. No issues with checkout. Not the best stocked 7-Eleven, but good enough for Sunday at 7 a.m.The worker on duty even remained calm while dealing with a hostile customer who entered the store demanding a refund for something. I appreciated too that he didn't make a big deal about me staying in the store to eat my pizza since it was ridiculously cold outside.

A person here tried to use my stolen debit card to make a $28 purchase this evening. Luckily my bank declined it and froze the card, but a convenience store in the city should really be checking ID with credit/debit card purchases. Just a heads up.

Sam and Matthew gave me Excellent customer service and they guided me when I needed some assistance. They went above and beyond and took great care of me!! They are incredibly friendly .. with me and with everyone. I really appreciated it!
