A cocktails bar and restaurant. A modern steampunk meets baroque vibe. Gorgeous plants add life to the space. Dim lighting but still quite visible lighting. Friendly wait staff!
Don't be confused when passing by the entrance, there's a firm black curtain preventing cold and wind from blowing into the dining room.

Pasta night is awesome. Have gone multiple times now and it never disappoints. I find myself craving chocolate pot de crème they do throughout the week.

Really enjoyed this new restaurant from the owners of Bottega. The space was cosy, the cocktails were excellent, and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the delicious grilled octopus and beef hearts, and the friends who I was with had excellent fish dishes (Fluke and Bronzino). The light was a bit dim and the service was, at times, a bit slow, but I heartily recommend this Baltimore newcomer.

I don't usually write restaurant reviews because I'm not usually left with strong impressions, but I had to stop halfway through eating to think for a few minutes about my meal before eating the rest of it. My table had the beignets, zuchinni (which was charred to perfection), crab/cucumber (mindblowing), and duck. 5/5 for everything savory. 4/5 for dessert because the savory dishes are a hard act to follow. 4/5 for drinks because they were beautiful but the citrus was a little overpowering. 5/5 for ambiance because the bar is beautiful and the blackout entrance curtains billowed dramatically when we walked in.

Colette is a consistent pleaser - the food, the atmosphere, the food, the atmosphere... I could go on and on! I've been in upwards of 20 times, often just to order one or two drinks and a few tiny plates, but sometimes doing the full deal - from appetizers to aperitifs. Stefano, the chef, often comes out to see how you like the food, especially if it is a new dish. They're experimental in their combinations (salty sweet beignets, sorel and beets, morels with ricotta dumplings, shakshuka and fried lemon chickpeas) but everything is worth a taste. I'm crazy about Colette and am always trying to get everyone I know to try it out -- you won't be disappointed!
