Pizza Man

If I could give a zero... I would in an heart beat. It took over an hour to get pizza delivered 0.37-9 miles. (Four blocks away, never traffick). The food is good. But my significant other and me ordered from here trying to keep them a float since Domino's moved in. Wrong move on my part. Just tell me you cant do delivery. Then there is the fun of the cute old woman who delivered the food. She bullied me into saying she was here within two minutes of being late. Although it was 37 minutes late at the earliest.

My buddy ordered pizza tonight. We waited an hour before he called to ask where said pizza was. They "said" just put it in the oven. It arrived a half hour later. So total wait time was 1.5 hours for a jumbo pizza. The pizza was GREAT!! My friend called to speak to the manager because this is the second time he has ordered from them and the first time it took 2 hours to get a pizza. So he spoke to the manager and explained both bad experiences and the manager gave excuses but didn't offer to even give him a free cheese fries or a coupon for the next time he ordered to retain a customer. That would of been the right thing to do but now he for sure lost a customer, if not more. Just something as small as that to give will retain customers and avoid bad reviews on google. #sad #customerisalwaysright, even if they are wrong.

Used to work here and at a few other local places. Best wings in town here and the chicken is actual broaster chicken unlike the other restaurants who just dunk it in the deep fryer for 10-15 min, can't beat it. Dont bother with the local bars or dominos. Great food, great owners, you won't be dissatisfied with the quality. I'm enjoying a 20 PC barbeque wing and a pizza fry right now.

Hour and a half delivery times, one time they told us they don’t deliver in the dark? It is currently for sale and hopefully somebody with some customer service skills will buy it soon. The delivery people constantly get lost in Baldwin which almost seems impossible. Pizza is good and that’s why we keep ordering it, apparently I’m a bad service enabler.
