Employee Kenneth was very friendly and helpful. He had great customer service and the store was nice and clean. I had the roasted chicken sandwich with bacon and fresh mozzarella, super tasty.

One person working, I was the 2nd person in line, took forever for the one person ahead of me to be done. I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra cucumbers, extra tomatoes and extra avacado. There were no cucumbers and no avacado. Then she says they management isnt just OUT of cucumbers, but the management is testing the waters and seeing who complains about no cucumbers, because they've decided they dont want cucumbers at this location. The manager also keeps a dirty store. He or she obviously cares about being stingy because theres only one worker during their lunch, no cucumbers anymore, no avocados, and everything is dirty. Stay away from here.

I’m be super honest I am not from Bakersfield, when I went to this location I was expecting the staff to be good which they were but when she was making my sandwich she seemed like she did not care she was throwing it all together my sandwich was just one big mess . I said light Mayo and she put alot on . I probably will never go to the location again. She seems like she didn’t want to be there ..

the server she needs a new attitude, food not up to par , made me wait tell all order in store were done , before handing me my online order.. guess it a hit a miss with this place cause other employee were great

Awesome place and awesome hard workers that make sure they are doing it the right way and make it like they are making their own which is very caring of their customers. Had a awesome experience with an employee named Marcus. Even with it being short staffed he does an extremely good job in taking care of his customers. Dude def needs a raise for holding down the fort.

Please teach your new employe how to not make a messy sandwich, if not she must handout forks & knives with the sandwiches. No attitude service would be much appreciated by this new employee. We were a everyday customer but she giving attitude will forcibly make us go to a different place.

Subway is generally really good but today's visit I was disappointed. They do not carry roast beef anymore and they switched their honey green tea offering to gold peak brand. Although I do like gold peak it's not the same unfortunately. That tea is what made me come back.

I did an Uber eats order at this location for the first time. It was the worst experience of food handling I’ve ever had it was careless. They gave me old bread that crumbled as I ate my sandwich. They did not toast it as requested in my receipt, the didn’t put my pepper jack cheese on it, forgot mustard and missed half the veggies I put down. I will not be ordering with this careless location again.
