Had to ask for my cookies when she told me my online order was ready. My pizza wasn't even fully cooked I had to go home and rebook it in order to eat it

I was there a few days ago and the lady did a vary good job at making my rap and she did not make me feel like I was in the way...her name I think is Jackie

Food was fine however service was not. Lady making the sandwiches gave me the impression I was bothering her. Just an attitude thing. Out of the 3 girls only one wore a mask. The one that did took hers off her mouth half way through the time I was there. When I asked the cashier if they were required to wear masks she said she had a heart condition. No excuses for the other too. No smiles, no thank you.

Always polite, excellent service. They even help fix online orders for other stores. My order went to Cass city and they had no idea how to cancel, bad axe manager called and taught them how. 😳. Keep up the good work!

Food took a bit longer to make than I would’ve liked, but still came out tasting great overall. Staff was nice at this location. Ample seating inside with the combined gas station/subway.

Had a steak and chz with sweet onion..yummy and she hooked it up...best sub I had from subway in a long time! She put some heart into I guess!

It was Our first time visiting. We had a wonderful experience. Lisa was Our bartender. She was nice, the drinks were cold and the DJ was awesome! We look forward to hanging out again!

I eat here every week, sometimes several times....while its often a good experience lately not so much.... either the training of new employees isn't being done or they just don't care.... today's sub is literally drenched in mayo....so much mayo in fact it was covering half the bread when I opened it... for some reason the sandwich maker actually thinks someone on this planet would want to consume a jar of mayo with a foot long sandwich... im taking a break from you subway ...until you find new people to take pride in their work.... Beware the disappointment !!
