Went on Thanksgiving as a last-minute decision. Great service! Food was good.

First visit at this location. Seated quickly, every thing following was perfect. Server was helpful patient and friendly. Prices are fair. Was an overall pleasant breakfast.

My experience says it is a great location but much too busy for any body unless you really, really, really like that kind of atmosphere. I was please with the wait and the food was almost delivered to my table before even expecting it. This IHOP is crammed and stays full. Overall I had a good experience and I can wait to go back. If I had the opportunity to pick another IHOP dinner I would because of it's traffic but the location is a fun place to be.

Sierra my waitress was great. Yearly vacation to my wife's sister in Avondale Arizona. Sierra remembered me from a year ago. My breakfast go to restaurant in Avondale Arizona. Blueberry Pancakes so delicious as well as Omlette so tasty and prepared perfectly. Also waitress Nichelle great service too. Your breakfast here a real treat!

The food at IHOP has never been bad. Always went to IHOP when I lived in Las Vegas for 47 years. Their menu is plentiful and have something for everyone.

Great service. This location I definitely recommend we walk thru the door and they sat us down right away. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Customer service was great and very friendly.

In the mornings we are super busy we got here around noonish, They just needed to clean the tables I saw the girl doing it and she picked up the dishes but didn't finish cleaning them. Took a few minutes and she cleaned them.

The service is not bad, they just have to check the coffee cups that are not They have been used before you why did I get a cup like that but the waitress He said it was clean, which I think it wasn't, so I traded the cup for a real one clean .

I waited an hour from check-in to food arrival. But it was Easter so not bad. The service was great. The manager in front kept moving the line at a decent pace. The server was great as well. Food was good.
